Performance Management Process
Purpose

The Performance Management Process is designed to promote excellence and improve employee performance. The PMP is a valuable tool for both managers and employees and, when applied correctly, will continually challenge employees to improve performance and personal effectiveness.

Instructions

The PMP is an on-going, twelve-month process that is encapsulated in the Performance Management Form (PMF). The PMF should be completed between January 1st and March 31st of each year.
